13.    Q: Can I Track My Order?

A: Of Course! We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent and keep you updated on the shipping process until your parcel is delivered.

You can also track your order using your email address and order number or your tracking number on our Track My Order Page.

14.    Q: Shipping Cost?

A: Shipping cost is $5 for orders below $70 within the USA deliveries. Shipping costs out of the USA will be calculated at your checkout.

15.    Q:  How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
A: Delivery time is Within 7-12 Working Days, that is, excluding the Weekends & Public Holidays. 

16.   Q:  Do You Accept Orders Placed Outside The USA?
A: We sure do, worldwide shipping is accepted!

What Is This Store's Return and Exchange Policy? 
Although we are careful with our order processing, there might be some small problems which can’t be totally avoided, but take it easy, if there are issues with the product's quality, color, style, design, serious damage during shipment or if you received a product completely different from what you ordered, you will definitely get a full refund! 
We will accept returns if there are quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size/color that YOU gave us, however we could offer alternations at your cost.
We don't accept refunds if there are no reasonable problems with the product!!! 
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide: 
1. Contact us within 7 days after you receive your parcel.
2. Provide us with photos of the product, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style/design and color etc. 
3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress/shoes on (where applicable), but be sure not to stretch it or make any marks, otherwise it will not be accepted. 
4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued. 
5. If you prefer to exchange the product, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive and also the shipping cost will be covered by you.
