1. Q: How Can I Order?
A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you love, add it to cart and go through the ordering process. After the order process is complete, you will receive an order summary to your email.
2. Q: Why Should I Buy Online?
A: Speeding up the process: By ordering online, you will get prices faster, and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save a lot of your time.
B. Traceability: You will be able to track your parcel during shipping from departure from our warehouse to your desired destination. You will also have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.
C. Easy Reordering: When you are ready to re-order, you can easily do that anytime based on your previous orders by only a couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.
3. Q: What Payment Methods Can I Use?

4. Q: What Should I Do If The Payment Is Not Accepted?
A: Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance or if there are any restrictions with your payment platform. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact sales@jesseblackstyles.com and notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

Kindly NOTE that you have to do this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (recommended within 12 hours) since once the parcel is dispatched, it becomes difficult to interfere with the logistics process.

A: We currently offer Free Delivery within the USA! However, if you would wish to expedite your shipment, we can do that at an extra cost, just be sure to contact us before placing your order.

8. Q: Can I Cancel My Order?
A: Definitely! If you wish to cancel your order, please do so AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, (recommended within 12 hours) before we dispatch your parcel. Online ordering is preferred in most cases because by ordering online, you will save time, you will have easier payment process and all the information about the order will be accessible for you anytime. A: All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.

12. Q: Can I Return A Product?

DELIVERY
13. Q: Can I Track My Order?
A: Of Course! We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent and keep you updated on the shipping process until your parcel is delivered.
You can also track your order using your email address and order number or your tracking number on our Track My Order Page.
14. Q: Shipping Cost?
A: Shipping cost is currently Free for USA deliveries. Shipping costs out of the USA will be calculated at checkout.
16. Q: Do You Accept Orders Placed Outside The USA?
What Is This Store's Return and Exchange Policy?
Although we are careful with our order processing, there might be some small problems which can’t be totally avoided, but take it easy, if there are issues with the product's quality, color, style, design, serious damage during shipment or if you received a product completely different from what you ordered, you will definitely get a full refund!
We will accept returns if there are quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size/color that YOU gave us, however we could offer alternations at your cost.
We don't accept refunds if there are no reasonable problems with the product!!!
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:
1. Contact us within 7 days after you receive your parcel.
2. Provide us with photos of the product, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style/design and color etc.
3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress/shoes on (where applicable), but be sure not to stretch it or make any marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
5. If you prefer to exchange the product, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive and also the shipping cost will be covered by you.
