What Is This Store's Return and Refund Policy?
Although we are careful with our order processing, there might be some small problems that can’t be totally avoided, but take it easy, if there are issues with the product's quality, color, style, design, serious damage during shipment or if you received a product completely different from what you ordered, you will definitely get a full refund!
We will accept returns if there are quality problems, wrong delivery time, etc. However, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as the wrong size, and color that YOU gave us. Alternatively, we could offer alternations at your cost.
We DO NOT accept refunds if there are no reasonable problems with the product!
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:
1. Contact us within 7 days after you receive your parcel.
2. Provide us with photos of the product, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies to the size, incorrect style/design, color, etc.
3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress/shoes on (where applicable), but be sure not to stretch it or make any marks, otherwise, it will not be accepted.
4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
5. If you prefer to exchange the product, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive, and also the shipping cost will be covered by you.
We have a 7-Days Request & 30-Days Return Policy. This means you have 7 days to request a refund/return upon reception of your order and 30 days to return the said product. Please note that we SHALL NOT accept any refunds/returns against this policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return WILL NOT be accepted.

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of the buyer's remorse returns such as an item didn't fit, didn't like the color, changed your mind, ordered by mistake.
We will cover the costs if the return is as a result of our mistake.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the products are being returned as a result of our errors.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards as well.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase/replacement for the new item at your cost.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
